Thanks Bio, I dont really know what to do with the mouth... I made a simple mouth but it dosent work that good and i want to make it better, Got any Ideas?

Finally looked at it ingame. Not too bad. Mouth needs to be lowered maybe a tiny bit and like Bio said, moved over. The black line around the eyes are pixelated.. maybe add another pixel to the thickness of the line and antialias it. Add some shading to the hair next though.. give it a dropshadow and I can almost guarantee it will instantly become much better.
