Sometimes I recieve different amounts of points for infractions with some mods than for others. But I assume its because this setup is experimental

It's because 'bad things' are subjective

I think worse of some things than other smods, so I give a worse punishment for that where another smod would just give you a warning. Everyone has his personal rules etc.

Don't you think there should be a universal standard for rule-breakers?

There is, for simple offenses, like double posting and the likes.

Not everything can just be written down though, nobody is going to be able to uphold the rules of toribash if there's a huge book full of laws.

On a few occasions you could have broken 2 rules (i.e useless post and insulting other members) and it's up to the discretion of the mod to decide what infraction to give you. So no, I don't think so. In all earnest you shouldn't be getting infractions in the first place :p.
