On posting youtube videos, you would take everything that comes after "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=" and make sure that there are no spaces inbetween the code and the big [YOUTUBEMOTHERFUCKERYOUTUBE] things.
For your video it would be Gx02KOGhjes.
