You cant get them here. You either need to pay an admin a lot of tc or be good friends with them to have them do that for you.

How many characters do we have for one usertitle?
Also, does that character/sign limit include the tags?

There isn't a set limit, but obviously we won't allow ridiculously long titles.

I just checked. It's a maximum of 250 characters including tags.

That looks too big, seeing as each (or every second) character is a different color - adding on 10-20 characters.
