my cousin skipped a year and is now finishing their last year of high school education. i was offered the chance to move up a year when i was 10 but i declined so i could stay with my peer group.

Well, I live in Belgium and in my school we can do that, so I think in your school it should be allowed as well. Most of the people in my school know Dirty words, but they don't use them so much. (except bullies & co.)
