You have posted quite possibly the dumbest sequence of posts I have ever seen.
Gorman is factually correct about literally everything he has said so far.
You want evidence because you can't use google and don't want to be wrong about something? Fine.

HERE is where Google tells you how to download the Android source code. It also gives a guide on building devices that use the Android source code, gives you software to help download and examine the source code, and asks you to report bugs back to it.

HERE is where Adobe releases flash support for Android 2.2
Go to the bottom of the page, and HERE you'll see that it was released in January, quite a long time ago.

HERE is where the AMOLED display is proven to be much, much better than Apple's retina display. This is also widely accepted among mobile phone users.
Tethering is useless unless you have 4g internet on your phone and dial-up home internet, an incredibly unlikely mismatch.
Android phones do of course not have to be jailbroken.
The Apple App store does remove apps that compete with its own:
http://stadium.weblogsinc.com/engadg...guidelines.pdf Their guidelines are stupidly strict and designed purely to protect its stranglehold on the user's technology. HERE, in 10.2, is where they say they will not accept any apps that compete with theirs, even if they are far superior.
Apple iOS 4 is NOT backwards compatible. Apple's frequent updates (and frequent urging to buy their latest and greatest model) is the source of much mockery. Users of 3g cannot practically update to 4.1, because it destroys their phones performance-wise and they are still limited in features:
