One quesiton, how did you make the white transparent? Whenever I save something it always turns out completely white.

I think it's just that Gimp isn't good with layers.
I'd suggest Paint.net to do things with layers.

Could u put out the file with layers for editing? Would like to recolour and change it up a bit on my own, but i guess people will just try to sell it...
Just simply save the image as a .png file, open Gimp, open a fresh new document (600x600 because of the original hat image), go to the file tab, click open as layers, find the hat image, and there you go.
Boxen, why wouldnt you try to edit and change the colors of that files? And also, i'd like to get some ideas about new santa's hats, or something like this. It obviously must be refering to Christmas and New Year.
