False. Gms have a sort of weird dark blue/green name. Black named users are Clan mods.
Gms have admin ingame, not just op. They don't necessarily check the scam reports either. Mostly, they are reposnsible for dealing with rule infringements ingame as well as hosting all manner ingame and forum events to keep the public amused.
Uniteam members have a % (half op) ingame which gives them enough power to successfully do their jobs. Their job is to server sit in beginnerish rooms and coach and interact with the new members of the game. They also host beginner tournaments for the beginners.
