Use at a distance of 200cm and turnframes at 5 or 55 in single player (start with 350 matchframes, do what's listed in step 1 and keep that until 295, then do step 2 and continue until 240). You don't have to start with 350, just have 55 frame in between each move.
1. Extend ankles, hips, elbows, abs, and wrists, contract knees and pecs, and raise shoulders
2. Extend knees and contract abs, hips, and ankles and lower the shoulders
3. Enjoy!
P.S. you should have Uke stand still through the whole thing (until you kick his head into oblivion that is :P)
