Yeah, it does that.

My Tediore shotgun explodes when reloaded.
I'm at the quest where you have to save bloodwing, there's always some sort of boss or some shit there.

I used a Golden key and got a rocket launcher that does 1000+ x 3.
It's a bandit.

I have another (I forgot how I got it) and it does 3000+ (No x) which is a Tediore

Oh my god don't waste keys so early

Wait until you're level 40 or something, because you get better stuff :P

Also I've got a pistol that does 4k+ damage per shot and it shoots really fast... But it's red text says "would I lie to you?" but it still does tons of damage... It's confusing.
