- there are situations that man abuse the fact that mostly woman is weaker due to bio stuff and it should be punished hard

- being "beaten" by a woman, and how you should look at it, depends on relationship with that certain man. for example, I love to joke around with my friends and "poke" them in arm, not strong, but you know - you could feel it, and then I don't cry if my friend hits me back, because even if it hurts, I wanted it by starting it and it's only for laugh

Chicks like those should be ignored instead of being a prick and hitting back. They want attention and by hitting them, the society thinks you are a total prick. If some girl is hitting you and you don't like it, leave/ignore her, if she continues to find ways, go to someone higher up and tell them you don't want to end up hurting her. There are ways to go except answering violence with violence.

Although I'm not against violence to deter violence, I do believe ignoring abuse from women is the easiest/most effective way to end it. When my mother gets angry enough to slap me or hit me, I just laugh at her. I assume the same would work for a wife or girlfriend. There really is no need to fight back violently when not many woman can physically attack a man to threaten his safety. Let's be real here.

Call it a stereotype, but to me. it ceases to be a stereotype when it's true... all the time. It's no longer a general assumption but a widely observed phenomenon.

Not sure if the thread died, but I do believe in the equal rights thing you hit someone they should have ONE hit back. I see the bad example all the time of a girl slapping a guy and the guy just going ballistic.

Now if you aren't phased by such things not sure why you would even complain. I do guess no one likes to be hit even if it is what some people would say is "petty" as it came from a female.

Now I am also a firm believer of if someone is hurting you do everything you can to get away. NOW! If there is NO POSSIBLE WAY (I use this term loosely) to get away might you have reason to defend yourself. Only in the case where you use force in order to get away.

No different with reverse domestic abuse cases, if the woman is using something that would threaten your well being (such as a knife, hammer, etc etc.) I don't see why a man can't use some type of force to either disable the weapon and get away or use force on her to get away. IF HE GETS AWAY FROM THE SITUATION, there is no reason to call him a monster or whatever those femi-nazi's use. IF HE DOESN'T GET AWAY and continues to beat on the woman. Then he is no better than her at that point.

Domestic abuse is domestic abuse no matter what the gender of the perpetrator is.

There is no such thing as 'reverse domestic abuse'.

What if you fight back without actually "hitting"? Shoving or pushing them down would be harmless wouldn't it?
