I might be one of the first to not shit talk here. I'll try to keep everything simple for now.
I see one big improvement on the graphical part, it looks much better than it was before. Not exactly good, though.
I see you /opt blood 0, you should also /opt bloodstains 0, so it does not appear on the ground. /opt bruises 0 so the toris touching won't get reddened. /opt trails 0, so you hide trails (the bruises and trails are completely optional, but most trails/bruises don't look good while filming).
About the Shader choice, I believe there are shader packs to download so you will have more options than the default ones (Most of them are not good looking due to being overused). Try to pick something that fits the song.
You need color correction, I highly recommend you downloading Magic Bullet Looks, it is a very good and simple tool to create a nice color correction. And again, always create a CC that fits the song.
The Sync, it was little, but there was some. Avoid cutting part of the replays to sync. Instead, crank the speed up on these cutted parts, it will sure look more smooth. I'm not exactly sure how it works on Sony Vegas, but I believe you could download Twixtor as an addon, it will do the job. About cutting the replay, when I was starting I also thought it would be best/easier to cut other than speed up, it may look good at first, but it's a terrible habit. (by then, it was also my
second attempt).
for now, try to take these tips. I will keep an eye on you, it's good to see people get better. Avoid taking what pwr says seriously, he's known for shit talking ;o
