Anyone with recruiting permissions is allowed to do that. As long as you follow the guidelines me and Pouffywall set then you can recruit as you please.

Just make sure to do stuff like:
-Test them to see if they have skill/sportsmanship.
By this I mean look to see if they rely on moves like shoves, cheap lifts, excessive leg grabs, etc... We don't want players like this, also just look for stuff like they are really enjoyable to play with and they have a decent level of skill that could win matches in wars or at least have potential.
-Make sure they are Anime lovers.
Question them on a few anime fun facts like: Favotire anime, anime that you are currently watching, favorite characters, etc...
-Reference their skill, story, and belt level against eachother and decide if they might be just an alternate account trying to multiclan.
NYAA does not deal with multiclanning and in the event of someone doing this it is an instant kick from the clan and there will be no re-inviting back. If you are dealing with someone already in a clan that is fine as long as they understand they have to leave their other clan to be invite to NYAA.
-Last make sure they know they are a Trial and not a member and they have a trial period.
All new trials to NYAA are required to post on the NYAA forum once a day (at least) for a week after joining. This allows us to test the activity of the recruits and see if they are actually serious about the clan, this also lets us just learn a bit more about the recruit so we will be more familiar with them and them with us. Also make sure to inform people you are recruiting that we are a skype clan and once their trial period is over they will be requested to add us on skype so we may add them to the clan chat. It is also important to inform them this is a text chat. Most new members are affraid of a mandatory group call so make sure to inform them it is just a text based chat for organizing wars/events and promoting interaction between members.
-Give their information in Executive Chat.
Upon recruiting a new trial member make sure to go into executive chat and send a message stating you have done so and give general information like their Toribash IGN, Steam name, Skype name, or other forms of communication they gave you.

Tip: Also for their first post in the forum most new players might not know much about posting, so encourage them to do so by helping them figure out what information to put in their first post.

-Gender
-Favorite Anime
-Favorite Manga
-Favorite Mod
-Interest Outside of TB
-Ambitions for NYAA
