Judging from the crash log, Toribash is trying to use your integrated Intel GPU. There should be a setting in the Catalyst Control Center to control this.
If not, please post what dxdiag calls your CPU exactly here so that we can go hunt down the drivers for the integrated GPU (specifically the integrated GPU, since it's not the same as the Radeon at all) and see if that helps.
Correction: Okay, it may still be using the Radeon, so probably worth posting your CPU spec anyways.

Sorry for reviving this but, I'm having the same problem as Smallbowl :/
I currently have a Genuine Intel(R) CPU T2060 @ 1.60GHZ (2CPU'S) ~1.6 GHZ (as copied of the DxDiag). It also seems that I don't have a Catalyst Control Center for my CPU. I assume that's because the T2060 is older than a Radeon.
