I am doing it on the rihgt axis nasuke <0.53,0.26,-170> exact numbers to <0.53,0.26,-160>

Ill send u another texture and just make it spin slowly stop and then spin again
90 frames the spin and 10 frames stop
Just make it do a full rotation over 90 frames ill make the stop myself to make it easy for u

UPDATE: Bean got the first front flip done just gotta have the Z axis tweaked and i'll basically be finished
EDDDDIITTT: i've found the solution to nasuke's head problem but now i have to i have to code about 20 more lines :<
