Well here is my list for mods, it might not be super accurate since I dont quite know the absolute bests in each mod, but here it for for me.
Judo: I really don't know any judo players except DrHax, never played it much and there aren't many competitive players in it to begin with. So I'll skip judo/judofrac.
Lenshu3ng: Killer3366, Ive played agaisnt him, he's super good and other great players think that's the case as well. Ive only played agaisnt mwah once in CL and few times in publics, so I can't say anything about him, even tho people think he is super good.
Rk-mma: Killer again, from what I've seen and heard.
Greykido/Aikido/ABD: Aikido's are always though to call since so many people play and duel in them, but ill say people like Diamond, Rockefeller (who ever he really is), Tlcux etc.
It's really difficult to say who is the absolute best.
Wushu: Odlov I suppose, I really don't know much about the wushu scene.
Boxshu: Any good dueler ever.
Erthtk: Moop, fist, Cold, Tlcux etc. But tbf I think I'm the best at erthtk on a good day (cocky I know, but competitive erthtk isnt super popular)
TK: Moop, he just knows the mod so well and can play it pretty god damn smoothly. Maybe dragon, cant say. Mod is quite bad for absolute comparison.
But hey, comparison is really hard in TB and shouldn't be taken seriously to begin with.
