I would like the little grill type of mouth to be all equal shapes and smaller, and lower. The eyes are not threathening enough. Make them a bit smaller and more mean looking.
Also , what almost everyone seems to miss: GIVE IT DEPTH.

The shade looks good, i like your design in that regard. I'd like only 2 scratch marks of this style and try making the eyes look more threathening, rather than having that funky shape. You can try to play with a bit of lines here and there to give it more of a predator feel.
