I vote for Wii mote and xbox360.
With the Wii mote you just can sit in every pose (I personaly prefer the "sit on the couch with hands on the lean" or the "Stephen Hawking" technique)
The xbox360 gamepad has the buttons on the right place and you don't start sweating when you play hardcore...
And I really DON'T like the PS3 gamepad because it's the opposite of ergonomic design and you sweat like hell. ._.

It seems there's a love/hate relationship with PlayStation controllers..........I for one think they're brilliant. The positioning of the buttons, how it fits in the hand, it's great. Even the new triggers on the PS3 feel and work well imo.

Comfiest is gamecube controller imo.

i find the wii remote comfy cos it neatly fits into your hand.
ps3 controller is a bit too compact and i think the limbs are too small

The original Xbox controller. The slimmer one, not the fatty.

The Xbox 360 controller, just plain awesome.

I think the most comfy one is the Logitech Cordless Precision Controller for PS3. Its bigger near the end (for the battery) but i just makes it SO much more comfy imo.
