well, i support obama. Aretha Franklin is an old woman now, she is still a great singer, but Comeon, She must be having some problems at this age. The fact that she Sang to our president Elect is amazing, Cindermomo is right, her music is soul felt, and to say that she was below average may be true at this moment, but in her overall career she is one of the most respected singers in the world.

i really Hope people would stop thinking about him getting shot. i cant imagine the amount of problems that would arise from that really happening.

To be honest, I watched the first 20 minutes to see if he'd get shot. But from what I saw, it was pretty good.

Watched a clip on Youtube, I thought he messed up as well, on second viewing though... I realized it was not his folly.

I don't agree with most of Obama's politics, but you gotta say he gave a hellova speech.
One thing that i really wish he wouldnt do is close guantanamo bay. the people that go there may have vital information that could save the lives of many Americans, and whether they are guilty of anything or not they should be forced to share what they know. How else are you going to get leads on terrorist attacks?

About his stumble during the oath: John Roberts was probably thinking. Holy shit I'm giving a guy with the middle name Hussein the presidential oath.

Also I thought it was funny how all the global warming nuts that were there had to freeze there ass off.

But in the end republican or Democrat you have to give him a fair chance and dont just throw him under the bus right from the get go.

I'm very positive towards Obama as US president. I mean, I haven't really lived long enough to experience more than two different ones before this one. Clinton was ok enough, I guess, although I've always been of the impression that he's somewhat of an unpresidental tweeze.

And Bush...gahh...

Well anyways, first time a black guy runs for election, he gets elected. Woo. Yay.
