Im sorry, i dont think the head is worth even 30k, it isnt that high quality.
to improve id say' make it more detailed, make it seem like it isnt circle shaped make it seem more realistic. even then i would only pay 50k.

I won't use the "you do better" argument as it is just avoiding the problem.

Most other texturers would see the work that was put into this. This wasn't copied from some googles image. The shapes were all drawn. The fire was original as was the lightning.
