The textured joints are included with the set. You cannot use them in multiplayer yet. They will only show up on your own screen but if and when textured joints are made available, you can use them in multiplayer, and the set already has the joints textured for you. I was going to close the auction but people started to view the set so I guees I'll leave it open for a while.
