Not very impressed.
Addendum: Darkslate continues to heap up infractions and bans due to repeated duel and market issues. As they say in the back of my teamster newsletter darkslate would "bring reproach upon the" corrupted waffles, he should be "fined, removed from office, prohibited from holding any office or employment with" corrupted waffles, furthermore his application should be burned and shamed.
