Yeah, he was a low member and then once you left he was instantly promoted to botswain. Actually... I think it was you that promoted him. Like you moved EVERYBODY around, demoted me even though I was one of the active people. I really should be botswain still.

I spent a time offline (as all know). I tought about 2 things.

1.About kick members. How about if you suck my balls?we make some rules about "points" just like the toribash forum rules. Each rule you broke you get warnings. Points can expire. And make something like:
3 Warns = 1 Points.
1 Point = Rank Down. (Gunner, Deckhand, Swordmaster, etcetera...)
5 Points = Kick.
Each Point takes 6 months to expire, or what ever you (leaders) decide. I'm making an example.

2. About teaching and stuff. And if our clan had our own school. Each mod (Wushu, Aikido, Judo, Taekkyon...) would have a tetcher. Classes: Once a Week. Simple.
