our members are confusing you, sorry about that
you're still denied, but you were denied earlier for a few different reasons. Basically the skill didn't make up for a few other things that were just meh
We have a lot of members so the bar has been raised slightly
you have a good point with the app but we normally want a bigger time between denial and reapplying
please wait a while until something has had the chance to change before reapplying
