I've never gotten an infraction. I got a warning once because I accidentally bumped an old thread. I clicked a thread that said 4.3 beta and it took me to a thread called 3.4 beta.

I posted a bug report in the thread, not knowing that it was from 2008. Boom then I got a warning from suo
