Well in the context of your replay, I can say that the first rule to landing on your feet is to get your feet under you ;)
After you hit, unfortunately you don't have a lot of momentum to pull yourself back to a normal standing position, so you're going to have to tilt back or forward. In the example replay down there I tilted forward by lowering my arms and contracting my hips, as if I were trying to do a front flip. Then I successfully landed on my feet. Once you land on your feet, it's a matter of creative interpretation to determine how you get to the full standing position.
