Hand-me-down clans are not allowed. This includes the buying or selling of clan boards/positions of any kind, membership fees and/or any clan with a conditional joining clause tied to any form of donation or service.
It seems as though you as a clan have been taking TC for previous members to rejoin and double each time. This is a clear violation of the rules. I will be infracting the leaders for now and refunds to those you took from may be in order.

really??... really?!! Whats bad on that? O.o omg that reinvite fees were there to avoid clan hoppers.
So that fees were gone in clan bank. And as each one knows the TC in bank are for clan events etc. So that tc are not for own use.
And yes i had the idea for that reinvite fee.
And btw i saw alot of clans that leaders forced their members to spend weekly tc to them, and if they dont do they were kicked from clan.
Or there were clans that take tc for the applications. Each one must pay to get in that clan.
And i put only a small reinvite fee. Its the same if someone like our clan can free donate for it.
And if someone were kicked from the clan cuz inactivity or on his own, than is the reinvite fee like a punishment. But nvm loll.
The reinvite fee its not there to make money with. I think each member like to have an clan event were they can win some tc. Or im wrong with something?
And if this is not alowed why is donateing to a clan bank alowed?
No one is forced to do that. No one were forced to join back our clan.

Re-read the rules, this isn't something you can argue. You can not make it a point to charge potential members TC as a pre-requisite to join your clan under any circumstance.
