Well, hello guys and Wow, the clan story is pretty epic, i like it

technically i didnt shovel, i lifted, shovel is noob claping then extending your hips then at the right moment contract them. what i did was contract one pec not two. i was basically did a kick lift but they always say that people shovel them when they get kicked!
