I suggest we add a line in application form such as:
"My application is supported by CW member: _______"
I think this basic question would adhere to new application process and weed out some of the really awful applicants with less effort.

What do you think?

God fuckin damn it, could you keep all spam here?
I can tolerate some offtopic posts in Show yourself etc but for God's sake, leave poor recruitment thread alone and don't spam there. Posts not related with applicants, applications and so on will be deleted as spam.
