I'm lazy
So... What have I missed in my amazing inactivity spree. I really suck at forums after all. Hi Dartz, by the way. I haven't seen you in a long time, we should play some time.
Not the show.
After four days of problems with Newegg, PayPal and my credit union, in that order, I finally got my order placed for my computer.
All it takes is one bad day to reduce the sanest man alive to lunacy. That’'s how far the world is from where I am. Just one bad day.
I don't have the knowledge, time, or patience for it. I have a friend who has a couple of spare parts that I'll be switching out when I get around to it, so my computer won't be too bad.

As far as I know, not much knowledge is needed to build a computer. You just need to do a little research, and you will save a lot of money.

I want to build a gaming pc, but the problem is the money, and I have absolutely no need for a gaming computer.
A hasbeen like the rest
If I were to build a PC, I don't want to build a measly $600 one. I would want to build something at least worth $900. This way though, I have a baseline for what I want, and I can upgrade as necessary. The main pro of this is that the case is ginormous, so throwing in a lot of RAM and a huge video card won't be a problem.

Though if I ever want to switch processors or upgrade my RAM, I would have to get a new motherboard entirely. The existing motherboard is fine as it is right now. I would only need to switch it if I wanted more RAM.
