Most of the time a black belt has a clan and community already set up so it can be hard to persuade them to join another clan, Al Try my Best but. What's your view on hopeful browns set them on a 'trial' run see if they improve over a period of time e.g 2-3months, it will build numbers and the less active ones can be kicked eventually?
