This is my lastish attempt on this idea, if it doesn't work out I'll rethink the picture and start from scratch using all of the info I have got from you guys.

But for now, I switched the champions to be facing towards each other like their going at it. Then I added the minion like guys in the back( for a little more chaos). I lightened up the paly and took away his wrinkles, making him look younger. The demon Lord i darkened up and added some grunge to him to make him look a little more Dark.
To finish it up I grunged the whole picture to make it look ragged but not to much on the paly.

Also the picture loaded extra big for some reason.

Him being old I guess you could say represents him being a very experienced fighter and has seen the worst of the worst. And even though he is oldish He can still lead a great army. I guess you could say he is like Genghis Khan.

also who is the leader of Dark. I have yet to meet him and I hope he likes the banner.
