Applying for a job or not, I like to take such things seriously. I admire that, but seriously, chill. It's a game.
About the censored words, that's just how I am... Aight.
Ps. If anyone else than Saint is bothered by the color, I can stop using it. Please do. Colour function is to attract attention. We often use bold, because colours are annoying. Toribash had a colour function on the opnions thing before. That didn't last a week. You might imagine why, but if not, imagine 10 posts a page, each one with a different colour. Too much of a headache, if you even bother to try reading it. Just stop. When you want us to focus one part of your post, bold the shit out of it we don't care. But, whatever, you look smart, you got my point.
In my opinion the application form is a good inspiration for people who doesn't have a good imagination... Imagination isn't realy necessary to tell people who you are and follow the basics of a resume. If one can't handle that, it saves us from even reading a total social deny. Works everywhere. Imagine if you had a template for when applying for a job. You can't realy differenciate the good from the best.
But you kind of have a good point...if I were you, I would add that it would be more promising if the person wanting to join made his/her own application. I like you.
