Also, NEVER raise or lower your arms on the opener.
And YES, relax as much as you fucking want, you can get more force into your hits.

contract left pec
extend right pec
right chest
left lumbar
contract glutes
contract hips
contract knees
extend ankles
from there, you can see what you would do.
