At the moment, I have to do 10 pushups, 25 situps and I have to run about 500-750 meters.
Every week I'm gonna add another couple of pushups, situps and maybe 100 meters more than the week before
The Gyms here cost.
The school gym is way to fucking cold and my bedroom is the coldest in the house.
Nowhere but outside :<
And I used to be buffer. I hit highschool and we moved to where there's nothing at all to do, so I just got weaker. Can still punch pretty good, though
