I say whichever is fair to poor people, has a plan that will work in the long term and doesn't rip off the succesful people :P
In the UK, thats Gordon Brown, if he was left in charge for another 4 years he could of actually got rid of Britains Debt without making us "poor" people suffer. But now David Cameron is incharge he favours the richer people and us who are on benefits and can't afford nice new gadgets when we like are forced to suffer :P
