I'm willing to pay people who can recruit members for Hybrid. However there are a couple of things you should know.

Do not recruit in public servers (its annoying) If you see somone in a public server that you want to try and recruit, whisper to them about it and make a private server to test them in.

Do not just recruit anyone, make sure they pass the restrictions and you think that they should be in Hybrid.

When someone you have recruited has filled out an application and been tested and accepted by either DavidFee or me, I will send you 1k for each person that you recruit. Make sure that the person that you have recruited posts that you have recruited them in there application or if they have not you post underneath them saying that it was you that recruited them.

I'm also going to award the person who recruits the most people with an extra 1k. This will be an on going event every month. Think of it as a contest, even though it isnt. Im paying you to help Hybrid, if you recruit the most people, you get extra, simple. The current people who have recriuted will be shown on this thread. This starts now!

Dose this mean that Element has it's reason to be off of the allies list? From what I've heard form DecapW, you guys are restarting your list again, we'd be more than happy if we could reapply for alliance.
