i just don't get the point of dps's using heal, they need lifesteal, if they have heal, any other sort of healing will be reduced, so it reduces your lifesteal, wich is not even that high yet. it means heal is not really helping you at all. but people just keep using it.

It reduces additional summoner heals, not champion and item based heals.

I wanted Jarvan so I bought him. Mostly for the jungle... any tips? CS is low but I ganked way more than often.

you playing him jungle or top?

in top he is a good counter of tryn and easy to farm + escape ganks

i would say that if your junlge try to gank and make enemy use flash, your ulti will be back up but the enemy flash wont and you can then do a kill gank.
