If they don't know how to post, they should a beginner clan, or gather experience within the forums.
Also, promoting should be only employed to those who have helped the clan a lot, and their identity represents the clan well.
So promoting everyone who is active is not a good idea, but having people on the unranked rank looks very unorganised.

@boing- it does matter if a person is known or not. My real account is l3rk an I'm very known. Point is I'm been playing tb for years an being unkown weither a clan is inactive or not.
