now im trying to do a combo DECAP+BODY SPLIT

but i need more power in the second punch how can i do that??any tips again??(i tried for the second punch to contract the extend)

You have to learn how a joint affects your body.

If you want to punch with your left arm make sure you start with a left turned chest so you can swing the arm infront of you. Also try to use your leg to push some even more. Edited your 'almost' replay to show it.

For your last replay:

I just changed your right hip to contract. It is very helpful to have one hip contracted and the other extended. It speeds up your movements most of the time. I guess you will figure out when to use it which way by time.

If you manage to keep the left leg on the ground you should be able to make the split.

A tip regarding what?
You know, because there are so many different situations it is hard to say something in general but normally it is better to use the ground to build momentum. If you put your left leg down in that replay all the power of it moves into the punch.

yes but the hip is extand so it goes flying off i tried to contract it at the end but my punch is realy soft it hads 12 points lol
Change your joints so it doesn't fly away. Like contracting your right knee so you are not standing on that leg anymore, also contract left glute to get the leg closer to the ground. Play with your joints to get the setup you need. It's harder to screw up a move with the right setup than make the move work with a wrong setup.
