Well i think mp is too much luck to say someone is uber-skilled, but there certainly are people who are better then others. dont know who is best though.

I have loads of favourites in SP. War_hero, nuthug, leilak, mosier, moltex, orcale, tamer0, vigilante, rutzor, shook, deejayy, Spike6599, phoenix333,

I'm good at single player classic. I'm getting better at it.

And multiplayer is all like luck.
