Well aside from the context your using them in; problem solving, calculation, processing data, management or junk that needs sorting out, in one form or another their all variations of a progamic means to an end untill the what ever is complete/successfull/finished whatever.
Considering your 21 was it? I assume your not using them in the classic science class flowchart way lol. Although it will serve as an example to our young comrades; well I can't be arsed to draw a flow chart but this is essentially it.
My controller isn't working.
Is the controller plugged in? no = plug in. yes = check if the batteries are dead; dead batteries = replace batteries. Batteries are fine. = bang controller against wall. = work. break = buy new controller.
New controller works, problem solved.
ps....
The real question here is, if I had the option of plugging in my controller why did it use batteries...
