Urmm, The white isn't transparent..?
How about just make a new foot or something.. :P

The white is actually transparent ingame, its just that I have to use TGA files to preview it and they don't have transparency.

The foot looks more like this (Photoshopped): Obviously higher quality.

You do know that to put transparency, you need to create an alpha layer on the TGA texture, right?

Are you going to at all make the head request?
