I think it is just ridiculous to fine someone for making use of his/her freedom.
How can you ever be a proud citizen when you know you are not completely free in these kinds of choices, if in 80 years politic would be fool of shit you would be forced to vote on shit ( the less worst shit ) the option to not vote is very important because it can show a clear message, and you should have the freedom do at least give that message if you feel that way.
Nice way of living, lets force everyone
