Do you have the part where it mentions this? All I'm finding browsing news sites is that it's getting rid of private bank fees and putting some of the savings into Pell Grants. This would directly affect me, so you've got me concerned.

I don't know much about the American student support system, but it could be something similar to the cuts that are happening here.
