Well I think the whole outcome of the console wars will be 360 in first, then Wii, followed by PS3. I have preordered a Wii, and can't wait for the 19th. Zelda TP will be awesome! Red Steel! Super Mario Galaxy! Oh the awesomeistesexiestnessescity-rific!

well, we are getting about the same sort of people saying they wont buy the PS3 as we did for TB.
Guess that means you guys just go for money and not what you want.

I will be buying the PS3 and I have already said this, just like when TB went to 2.0.

From what I have seen, Nintendo consoles are designed to be "kiddie" consoles (no HD-TV output??). Whereas the PS3 seems to be more for the late-teenage, adult gamer. Since the average age on these forums seems to be 13, the Wii will win.

I know that for a lot of folks, that's hardly it.Nintendo is is targeting non-gamers, in addition to gamers, now. Ain't nothing kiddie about that.

Far as I'm concerned, Wii is the only one somewhat interesting new console. I have a PS2, and the PS3 seems like PS2: Large Number Edition; there aren't any improvements over the PS2 that's really interesting to me. I've never owned a Nintendo console before (other than handhelds), and I know there are quite some Gamecube games, SNES and NES games I'd like to play. And Golden Axe. Not awfully interested in the Wiimote, but, well, at least it's something a bit different. Might even turn out decent. Not sure if I'll get any console this generation, but if I do, it sure won't be a PS3 or Xbox360.

In addition, I don't have an HD-TV. And there's a chance there's gonna end up being some format war between Blu-Ray and HD-DVD. What with Minidisc and Betamax, my money's on whatever Sony isn't supporting by default :P

I am for the PS3 because it has awesome games coming out for it like MGS4, Assassins Creed, Mercinaries 2, Resistance, the new GTA, Motor Storm, Killzone 2 and many others. The Wii seems to be geared towards younger kids and therefore does not have many games that interest me. The only games i liked at all were Resident Evil 4 and Super Mario Smash Bros. Also the wii controler looks like a peice of shit and i think i would break somthing just trying to figure it out. Also what are all these good games you are talking about for the wii. The only O.K one i see is red steel.
