That reminds me of a story I heard, it's true, this actually happened:

A guy calls up tech support for their computer, as it wasn't working.
The tech guy says 'Is your computer on?' and the guy on the other end says 'no, it wont turn on' says the dude 'Is it plugged in?' asks the tech guy. 'Yeah, it's plugged in' 'Is the switch at the back on?' asks the tech guy; I don't know. 'well check' I can't replies the dude. 'why not?' asks the tech. 'It's too dark.' the guy replies. 'Why is it too dark?' 'Because we're in a blackout.'
