Ive met a couple in real life and they were real nice.

You can't ''translate'' humor. Me as a Turkish person, it's sometimes hard to understand why Dutch people laugh about a joke and I don't.

Germans? Iunno, you seem pretty cool to me. Plus, you've got those totally awesome shops just south of the border to Denmark. Danes (like me) can just cross the border there, and buy things really cheaply when compared to normal danish prices. :U
Also, German is a funny language to spout random phrases with, even though i suck pretty badly at it.

Germans are cool people. I especially like there accents when pronouncing such words like W or V (not making fun of them, I just like it when someone says, " Vhat do you need sir?"). And I have a German girl at my school, so nothing bad of course.

Though, I am seeing high amounts of ignorance in this thread, which amuses me since it wasn't Germany's fault for the killing of 6 million Jews, but the work was of one of the most infamous Socialistic parties I have ever read/heard about, the Nazis. And you can't say German citizens wanted it, they needed out of desperation, wanting a leader who could undo the damage out of WWI. So Hitler came to power, and the amount of events occur.

Back on-topic, Germany is a cool country and such and the people are cool...and such :>.

I personally think there life style is a bit better than the americans just from the exchange students that just came to our school, although the only thing they said that they were worse at, was the smoking there was a lot more heavy and more commenly seen than in the United States, other than that. There some pretty awesome people

and our lifestyle is not t,hat happy we dont smile when we are walking throw the towm but we are nice people with respect to older humans
