The fucking problem is that we give the average human being power. When this happens they become over obsessed with "enforcing the law" and its fucking suicidal honestly some of these guys should never be allowed to be cops.

Take away all the bullshit uniforms and they are a bunch of street thugs jumping a homeless man with handguns and a shitty badge. If this was just that, a bunch of street thugs jumping a homeless man all of them would be in serious jail time. Why the hell is that fair just because they have a uniform that says "LAPD" yeah sweet job government lets give a bunch of faggot thugs a uniform and let them run reckless.

Also I'm reading some of these comments its just stupid, "these cops dont know what they are doing" Are you joking? They no exactly what they are doing.

I know exactly what it takes to be a police officer and I know that any decently athletic or decently smart person can become one. Two, only or 2 men have been suspended and the FBI is still investigating no final decision has been made upon what to do with these men. They are not jailed, show me a link that specifically says all of these men are in jail. Temporary confinement doesn't count as jail so dont feed me a bull shit link stating that. And also I do think these men deserve the harshest punishment, if they were to get the death sentence I would sleep like a damn baby. Like I said take away the uniforms and its just a bunch of street thugs with guns. If you even consider giving sympathy to these men you are no better in my eyes.

What? Doing their job? It was 6 on 1 and the man according to eye witness's the man was on his stomach laying flat as as they tazed him 5-6 times. They beat them man to death. Resisting or not you do not kill a man over such a thing. How could you be so blind?

to be honest... police does a lot of unneeded violence.. fE on demonstrations... let me tell you a story:
I was around in the city of vienna while there was a demonstration against a group of nazis/far-right people being in the "hofburg" (the place where kings and queens praised their might in renaisance)... it was meant to be legal (the demonstration) but then suddenly it got cancelled and a peaceful demonstration got surrounded by cops
... they started (for no reason) to use bats and pepersprays onto peaceful people and beated the shit out of people that are as old as me (15) i planned to go there but was to late and so a friend of mine who was with me asked a police-man to let them out... the guy said: "no !No chance in hell!" then my friend asked him for his ID (every cop in austria has his own ID to report if he does something corrupt) ... the policeman took him on his neck and tore him into a small circle of policemen... he felt like surrounded by robots in their swat-suits.... it was awful .... srsly... ouchie


also: there was an experiment some tim eago... about people in power that is justified by upper authorities... the experiment ran like this: some persons from te street were called to use electrical shocks on a man for some science-experiments (the shocks werent shocks and the guy was an actor) the actor acted very very heavy pain while a guy (the man who lead the experiment) watched the whole thing trhough a tiny mirrorred window...
here the statistics:
i think about 80% of the people tortured the guy without askin gwhy they would do it... it was justified by someone else in power and so they didnt even care... they just were turned into insturments by their own sadism...
15 parcent asked but only once or twice why theyd do something like that and just got the answer that this all is for sience so they coniniued...
and only 5 parcent decided to stop with that torturing shit ( i dont know if they parcent are really like that.. but its at least close to it)

You're thinking of the Milgram Experiment. A slightly more relevant psychological study is the Stanford Prison Experiment, but both are better described as theoretical studies which are only loosely related to the situations that real civic servants go through on a daily basis.


Also note that the video shown neither confirms or disproves whether or not this guy was resisting arrest. The blunt trauma applied was obviously excessive, but it'd be impossible for us to logically decide whether the use of force to begin with was a justified reaction based on the evidence we have.
