Thanks. I used -30. My main purpose was realism. I became natural at backflips after I learnt the mechanism behind them. I'll also make a backflip-to-skydiving replay soon.

I quite liked the replay. What is the mechanism behind it? I'm very interested in the physics of TB. The only real rule I know is that curling up into a ball increases your rotational acceleration, allowing you to very easily land on your feet. (Really, it's amazing. I always land on my feet if I get a certain amount of air)
